1. Our Services

IBEX Advisory is an institutional intelligence and development advisory practice working with schools, TVET institutions, universities, faith-based institutions, NGOs, and county governments across Kenya. Our website allows you to learn about our work and submit an inquiry. Institutions we work with may also be given access to a Client & Partner Portal.

2. Public Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through our “Talk to Us” / Start the Conversation form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services. We aim to review inquiries and respond within 24 business hours, but this is a service goal, not a guarantee. Any advisory engagement follows a separate, mutually agreed process outside of this website.

3. Client & Partner Portal Accounts

If we provide you with access to the Portal, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

Institutions may designate an administrator, who can add colleagues as contributors to the same institution’s account. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about their institution and for managing who has access under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that is not yours
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our public inquiry form
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, Portal, or the systems that support them, including attempting to circumvent rate limiting or other security measures
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our website without our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including our branding, frameworks (e.g. the Anzisha Diagnostic, Bainisha Mandate, Institutional Development Blueprint, and related IBEX methodologies), text, and design — is the property of Ibex Ventures Co. Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our services and does not constitute institutional, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any advisory work we perform for a client is governed by the terms of a separate engagement agreement with that client, not by this website.
